During the passed ten years development,Sanchao now already have the capability that producing 8 millions sets Electric Energy Meter Cases and 3 millions sets Electric Energy Meter Measured Box and Annual output value is about 2 billions RMB.Two standard factory building which has 30000 square meters area.It has the total employee 200 people who with the stable professional technical team,among of having 52 people is the managers,39 people is the colleague diploma and 2 people is the high-grade engineers. The production equipments include many types of injection machines 200 sets ,original material professional detection test equipment? 30 sets,plastic injection machines which are controlled by computers completely, (gauge is from 100g-1500g) 56 sets, and ultrasonic welding machines 12 sets,Auto-screw Mechine 10sets,inset planter Machine 8 sets and 8 production assembly line..The advanced inspecting equipment has 32 sets include Flame Retardant Test Machine Rockwell hardness Machine coating thickness gauge Machine,Chromatograph Machine,Metal material analyzer Machine,Environmental Chambers,UV Aging Chambers,Impact Machine,Universal Tensile Machine,Pot Furnace,Spray test chamber,Salt spray test Chamber and so on.We use administration of networks in our computer system, use assistant design system CAD/CAM, use the way of CNC to manufacture moulds.

We produce meter cases of electric energy meter, water meter and gas meter professionally in our factory. We manufacture many kinds of moulds ofhot-contractibility and hot-solidification for these kinds meters. At the same time we have huge ability to design new moulds of meter cases. We are one member of drafting enterprises of  the Externality and Installation Dimension of Electric Energy Meter  in National Standards Technical Committee for Electrical Measuring Instruments ( NSTCE )
